Summary
• Plan and coordinate kitchen activities, such as locating, cleaning, and maintaining kitchenware. Keep your workspace tidy and neat at all times.
• Verify that the quality and freshness requirements are met by all food supplies that are ordered or received.
• Following set recipes and guidelines, prepare, season, and cook a range of Indian meals and tandoori delicacies. To ensure constant food quality, keep an eye on the cooking processes.
• Oversee, plan, and mentor kitchen workers while they prepare and cook tandoori food. Keep an eye on the cooking areas to guarantee productivity, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Verify adherence to all laws pertaining to food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene. Keep an eye on kitchen conditions to ensure they adhere to law and local health regulations.
