Summary
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, surfaces, and storage areas
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in line with health and safety regulations
• Assist with the receipt, storage, and rotation of food deliveries
• Ensure dishwashing equipment is clean and functioning correctly
• Carry out deep cleaning tasks as required
• Support chefs and other kitchen staff with basic prep and housekeeping tasks
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
