Recycling Sort Line Operative

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recycling Sort Line Operative to join our successful client based in the in West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 area. Our client provides reliable skip hire and waste disposal services throughout UK.
Pay rate: £12.21, weekly pay in arrears, every Friday
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, dayshift: 7am-5pm
Recycling Sort Line Operative - Duties & Responsibilities
As a Recycling Sort line Operative you will be responsible for the removal of recyclable material and non-recyclable materials from a moving conveyor in a safe and productive manner ensuring that pick rate targets are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to safety and follow project timelines and complete tasks within the set deadlines.
- Separating & placing materials for further recycling in the appropriate chute
- General Housekeeping and cleaning of machines & the operator cabins
- Follow all site health and safety rules

- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility
- Ability to spend a significant amount of time on your feet
