Bydd deiliad y swydd yn darparu cefnogaeth 1-2-1 ac yn datblygu darpariaeth wedi'i thargedu ar gyfer rhai o'n pobl ifanc mwyaf agored i niwed.
Gan weithio ochr yn ochr â'r Gwasanaeth Cyfiawnder Ieuenctid bydd deiliad y swydd yn sicrhau bod ein cynnig yn cyfrannu at ddiwallu anghenion pobl ifanc agored i niwed a nodwyd gan Wasanaeth Cyfiawnder Ieuenctid Conwy a Sir Ddinbych a sefydliadau partner eraill.
Bydd y cynnig hwn yn cynnwys gweithredu methodoleg gwaith ieuenctid priodol a chydweithio'n agos â phartneriaid eraill megis gwasanaethau CBS, y sector ysgolion a sefydliadau gwirfoddol a thrydydd parti.
Gan weithio ar y cyd â’r fframwaith YEP bydd y rôl hefyd yn cynnwys creu cyfleoedd i’r rhai rhwng 11 a 18 oed sydd mewn perygl o beidio â throsglwyddo’n gadarnhaol i addysg, cyflogaeth neu hyfforddiant pan fyddant yn gadael yr ysgol.
Mae'r rôl hon yn cynnig opsiynau gweithio hyblyg ar gyfer cydbwysedd bywyd a gwaith. Gall hyn gynnwys addasu eich diwrnod gwaith a gweithio hybrid, hy cydbwysedd rhwng gweithio yn y swyddfa a gweithio gartref.

The post holder will provide 1-2-1 support and develop targeted provision for some of our most vulnerable young people.
Working alongside Youth Justice Service the post holder will ensure that our offer contribute to meeting the needs of vulnerable young people identified by Conwy and Denbighshire Youth Justice Service and other partner organisations.
This offer will include implementing appropriate youth work methodology and liaising closely with other partners such as CBC services, school sector and voluntary and third party organisations.
Working in conjunction with the YEP framework the role will also include creating opportunities for those aged 11 to 18 at risk of not making a positive transition into education, employment or training when they leave school.
This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
