The role



You will be working within our Strategic Services Procurement Programme Team, responsible for delivering a programme of work over
the next two years which will deliver the transformation, and future delivery of our Environmental Services.




What do I need to have?



You will be an experienced project manager who has previously worked within a transformation environment. You will strive to
ensure workstreams within the projects stay on track whilst identifying and resolving project issues, managing expectations and
deadlines effectively.




Your primary responsibility is to drive the successful implementation of the change of the delivery model for the Councils
environmental services.




Some of your key skills and experience:




* Proven skills in all facets of Project Management and Risk Management including Project Planning and Initiation, Stakeholder
Management, Resource Management, Risk Management, Performance Monitoring and Reporting,
* Experience working on complex transformation change/improvement, ideally with experience and/or background in environmental
Services (waste, grounds, streetscene)
* Ability to design, develop and maintain technical project documentation in line with business need, working independently and
prioritising your own workload. 
* Experience of co-ordinating democratic approval/sign off on project documentation.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
* Ability to react to change and problem solve appropriately.
