We’re looking for a proactive and organised Technical Administrator to support the processing and review of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and related certification. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your technical understanding within a well-established company—no electrical experience is required, as full training will be provided.
- Reviewing, processing, and organising EICRs and other electrical documentation
- Identifying incomplete or inaccurate data within reports (with training on what to look for)
- Managing multiple client specifications across different certification types
- Collaborating closely with technical and admin teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Meeting daily processing targets with quality and consistency
- Supporting continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggesting efficiencies
We’re not expecting you to be an electrical expert—we’ll train you. But we are looking for someone who brings:
- Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for accuracy
- A motivated attitude and a willingness to learn
- Confidence working with technical documentation (training provided)
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A reliable and punctual team player who communicates clearly
- The ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced office environment
- Salary: £24,000–£26,000 (depending on experience)
