Summary
Recruitment Professionals is partnering with a specialist family law firm in
Cornwall to recruit a Family Solicitor. This small, dedicated firm works
exclusively in family law and is known for its compassionate approach and
commitment to high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including care
proceedings, contact disputes, and divorce
- Represent clients in court, liaising with counsel and other
professionals as required
- Provide expert legal advice with sensitivity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate, timely records using case management systems
- Contribute to the firm’s supportive and collaborative working culture
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law
- Membership of the Law Society’s Children Panel is highly desirable
- Strong advocacy and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Commitment to client care and professional integrity
