Summary
MATERNITY COVER x 2 Positions to start June / July or Sept 2025....
CLUB 4 KIDS CHILDCARE offer a range of full day & sessional care for children from Birth to the age of 12 years old, some have additional support needs, some are quirky, some more able/gifted & need challenging activities, some who maintain their desired levels of learning but each and every one of our children are unique and have lovable characteristics. We always support our children to have fun with their friends and peers, to learn skills & make their own choices in a safe and nurturing environment, so that they can achieve to their best abilities.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, good spoken and written English language, be able to work as part of a busy team providing a high standard of care for the children, work with own initiative as well as with guidance. Working at a fast pace, always ensuring the child's needs are kept paramount.
To succeed in this role you will need a good understanding of the EYFS and OFSTED regulations, we are looking for
someone:
• Who is able to draft & implement individual child educational plans whilst keeping them updated
• To be able to create factual reports, observations, record keeping
• To undertake personal care for the children as well as can engage with children effectively throughout their play
• To be willing to undertake training and put theory to practice
• With a proactive approach to their own learning
• To communicate in an open honest manner
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the setting.
• Who can be flexible in their work pattern, given sufficient notice, to cover staff holidays etc
