This is an exciting and high-profile opportunity for an immediate start as the Asset & Data Validation Programme Manager.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing the Asset Verification and Data Validation programmes on behalf of our client, ensuring they are delivered in line with target KPIs and the agreed glidepath.
You’ll work alongside a highly experienced and collaborative team, in a role that offers significant visibility across the organisation.
Regular engagement with senior leadership, including weekly calls with the MD and CEO of ISS UK, means this position is a genuine showcase for your capabilities and leadership.
Job Description
Success in this role will rely heavily on your ability to manage relationships, particularly with the client, our Technical Mobilisation team, and our Asset Verification partner.
You will be the critical link that ensures the output data is not only accurate but also aligned to contractual requirements and scoped expectations.
A strong background in asset data frameworks, mobilisation, or lifecycle management will be vital, alongside the confidence to operate in a fast-paced environment with a clear strategic focus.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Asset Verification and Data Validation programmes to meet KPIs and timelines
Ensure asset data is accurate and meets contractual requirements
Maintain strong client relationships and communication
Act as a subject matter expert for asset data verification and validation
Oversee subcontractor partner performance
Manage programme governance and conduct status meetings
Ensure the timely submission of survey data within the agreed scope
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Extensive management experience in an operational technical environment
Strong knowledge of asset data, FMR, SFG20, and PPM scheduling
Confident in leading teams of surveyors or asset engineers
Comprehensive understanding of asset lifecycle, maintenance needs, and commercial alignment
Natural leader with responsibility and influence over others
Action-oriented with the ability to make quick, effective decisions
Skilled at resolving complex business conflicts and managing diverse stakeholder demands
