Job Title: Minor Works Project Co-ordinator Location: Wendover Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + benefits Reporting to: Operations Manager & Contracts Manager Type: Full-time, Permanent
Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and organised Project Co-ordinator to manage minor works projects ranging from £20,000 to £100,000 in value. You’ll take ownership of multiple projects with short durations (average 4 weeks), coordinating resources, subcontractors, and materials to deliver high-quality work under main contractor responsibilities.
This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone with a practical understanding of construction operations, health & safety, and the ability to juggle multiple short-term projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent minor works projects
· Oversee site set-up, programming, subcontractor coordination, and close-out
· Liaise with clients, internal teams, and supply chain to ensure smooth delivery
· Produce and maintain programmes, RAMS, procurement schedules and progress reports
· Ensure compliance with H&S, CDM and company procedures
· Manage project documentation, variations, and final accounts
· Support tendering/pricing of new works in collaboration with commercial team
Requirements:
· Proven experience managing construction or maintenance projects between £20–£100k
· Background in main contracting, fit-out, or FM environments preferred
· Strong understanding of health & safety and CDM responsibilities
· Good organisational and planning skills – ability to run multiple jobs in parallel
· Competent with Microsoft Suite or similar planning tools
· CSCS Card essential; SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
· Full UK driving licence required
