Estates Officer Post Ref: ED50294753 Permanent Grade 3, scp 3-6 £24,027 - £25,183 FTE pro rata 30 hours per week Mondays: 5.45am – 9:30am and 5:15pm – 8pm Tuesdays: 5.45am – 9:30am and 3pm – 5:30pm Wednesdays: 5.45am – 9:30am and 6pm – 8pm Thursdays: 5.45am – 9:30am and 3pm and 5:30pm Fridays: 5.45am – 9:30am and 3pm – 4:30pm 52 weeks per year Start Date: 1st September 2025The Governing Body of Meadowlane Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, cheerful and friendly individual with good communication skills to undertake caretaking duties at the school and be an integral member of our school community. The successful applicant will need excellent practical skills in order to maintain the high standards of the school buildings. This salary is subject to the Living Wage supplement which brings pay rates up to £12 per hour (scp 2 - 4). This supplement will be reviewed in January 2024 and thereafter annually in April.
