Summary

St Alban’s Catholic Primary School (East Molesey) currently has an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team, providing key SEN support within the classroom on a 1:1 basis and working closely with other teaching staff to ensure provision is effective and that learning needs are met.Contract: Term Time Only
Contracted Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm, total of 32 hours 30 mins per week, 39 weeks per yearSalary Scale: PS3 £23,576 FTE, actual/pro rata salary £18,311.75 paThe successful candidate will:
have experience of supporting pupils with SEN and utilising strategies to manage behaviours and meet needs, including supporting speech and language
have awareness of Child Safeguarding and the latest SEN policies to implement effective provision, including working with outside agencies to deliver EHCP provisionsbe compassionate and dedicated to provide one-on-one support to a student with EHCPs have the ability to work as part of the team as well as through their initiative
make a notable impact on the quality of learning in a lesson
be flexible, adaptable, patient and be a good team player
possess good literacy and numeracy skills
maintain confidentiality inside and outside of the schoolWe can offer:
