Summary
To maintain all systems in a state where the business processes of the trust can be guaranteed. Ensure that planned and unplanned interruptions to these services and systems are dealt with efficiently and satisfactorily. To carry out the installation, support and maintenance of ICT provided devices, their associated software applications and their peripheral equipment To provide a 1st & 2nd line fault fix service for ICT software and hardware using SMS remote control software and as a roaming field engineer.
