Leadership in Clinical Assessments: Lead a skilled team of Clinical Assessors in providing top-tier clinical evaluations and guidance, ensuring the CHC framework is applied meticulously to determine patient eligibility and care standards. Optimisation of Team Performance: Actively manage and enhance the performance of the CHC team by leveraging individual strengths and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Safety and Effectiveness in Patient Care: Uphold the highest standards of patient care ensuring all processes are safe, effective, and directly contribute to positive patient outcomes. Recruitment and Team Development: Participate in the recruitment process for new CHC team members, ensuring candidates meet the high standards required. Provide ongoing 1:1 supervision and support, facilitating professional growth and development. Education and Compliance: Ensure all team members are up-to-date with mandatory training and personal development plans. Lead educational initiatives that keep the team informed of the latest clinical practices and compliance requirements.
