About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Administrator to join our Estates team at Upper Springland. Reporting to the Facilities Manager North, this vital role involves both administration and supervisory responsibilities, ensuring that our housekeeping team delivers excellent service in line with Infection Prevention and Control standards.

You will also oversee key administrative systems, manage recruitment processes, and support financial and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the Housekeeping Team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Lead on recruitment and onboarding for Estates staff.
Monitor housekeeping budgets, process payments, and manage stock control.
Maintain estates systems such as maintenance request logs and compliance registers.
Assist with the coordination of health & safety audits and action plans.
Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in working with residents and team members.
What We’re Looking For

Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Previous experience managing or supervising a team.
Confident handling financial processes such as budget monitoring and payroll adjustments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and support staff.
High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
A respectful and empathetic approach when working with vulnerable individuals.
