We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Payroll Officer to join our Head Office based Payroll team. In this critical role, you will ensure the smooth delivery of the monthly Payroll for around 1400 staff and the daily operation of the company time and attendance system to deliver accurate and timely pay and workforce data to our teams.
This is a varied role so requires someone who is flexible, able to multitask and competent working to deadlines. Accurate data input and experience using databases and Excel is a must! You will administer all aspects of pay during the employee lifecycle, from on-boarding to departure. You must have experience working in a busy office environment, ideally in a HR or Payroll team.
In addition, you will support end users to resolve irregularities in shift attendance such as unaccounted time blocks, managing system generated anomalies and unplanned absences. An ability to interpret reports is an advantage and you should be a good communicator who is patient and confident with staff at all levels.
