Summary
A great opportunity to join our small team in a varied and diverse Technical Customer Service and Support role. Supporting our Managed Print clients, main tasks will include;
• Assisting Customers by Phone, Email & Remote Access
• Service Call Management
• Allocating and Updating Service Calls to/with Engineers
• Placing and Managing Purchase Orders
• First-line Technical Support
• Day-today office administrative tasks
Full job specific technical training provided. Applicants must have good communication skills, a good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
