Summary
Please refer to full job description To provide clinical leadership & advanced practice in the management of patients under the care of NUH within a specialist area. An autonomous HCPC registered team member providing a high standard of assessment and treatment/management of patients, some of whom may have acute, complex and/or chronic presentations in allocated area. The post holders job responsibilities are aligned with the requirements of the career framework and four pillars of practice. All HCPC registered professionals are professionally and legally responsible / accountable for all aspects of own and delegated work. As an autonomous professional we expect all HCPC registered professionals to be aware of the current HCPC professional standards and be able to evidence these as part of the re-registration process
