Summary
What You'll Be Doing: Welcoming and assisting patients both in person and over the phone On line triage, scheduling appointments, updating records, and handling enquiries with empathy and professionalism Liaising with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient journey Care Navigation, offering guidance on services, referrals, and next steps in care What Were Looking For: A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Be computer literate and ideally have experience of clinical systems. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and keeps their cool under pressure A team player with great attention to detail and IT confidence Previous experience in a healthcare and have experience in customer service within a General Practice environment. It is essential for the successful candidate to be flexible and be adaptable to a changing and busy environment. There is an expectation to cover for annual leave/sickness purposes and this could be at short notice.
