Summary
We are looking for a pro active, friendly, positive and self driven candidate with the ability to work independantly and as part of a team. They will be passionate about giving the highest level of service to our customers with keen attention to detail.
Must have:-
Proficiency in a range of software including excel
Excellant telephone manner
Excellant writing skills
The ability to efficiently work on multiple tasks at any one time
Previous Customer service experiance , strong administrative & organisational skills
Be able to demonstrate a pro active approach to business situations that deliver high customer service level and support business strategies.
