Summary

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) | Up to £29,000 | 40 Hours Per Week

Our client, a warm and welcoming Nursery, is looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their vibrant nursery team. Set in a beautifully resourced environment, this nursery is dedicated to offering child-centred, play-based learning for children aged three months to five years.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, creative, and committed practitioner who is looking to make a real impact in a setting where children are nurtured, staff are valued, and every day is full of curiosity and discovery.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll work alongside a friendly and experienced team to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. You'll plan and deliver exciting activities that support each child's development, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to the daily life of the nursery.

What They’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years– essential
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • A kind, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to teamwork
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
  • Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
  • Observe, assess, and track each child’s progress in line with EYFS
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a positive, inclusive culture
  • Ensure high standards of care, hygiene, and safeguarding are maintained at all times
