Summary
Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) | Up to £29,000 | 40 Hours Per Week
Our client, a warm and welcoming Nursery, is looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their vibrant nursery team. Set in a beautifully resourced environment, this nursery is dedicated to offering child-centred, play-based learning for children aged three months to five years.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, creative, and committed practitioner who is looking to make a real impact in a setting where children are nurtured, staff are valued, and every day is full of curiosity and discovery.
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll work alongside a friendly and experienced team to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. You'll plan and deliver exciting activities that support each child's development, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to the daily life of the nursery.

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years– essential
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Observe, assess, and track each child’s progress in line with EYFS
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a positive, inclusive culture
- Ensure high standards of care, hygiene, and safeguarding are maintained at all times
- Contribute to a calm, creative, and well-organised learning space
