Summary
As well as assisting with business-critical Information Management / IT initiatives the CTS Coord is responsible for the management of the planning function to ensure that Wings complete 22Gp taskings in a timely manner. The CTS Coord maintains and coordinates the arrivals and induction process for incoming personnel and the general management of CTS workforce. The CTS Coord is also responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance of CTS personnel with RAF Key Performance Indicators and Station Orders. Day to day the CTS Coord undertakes office management duties to ensure personnel are up to date with relevant training and are responsible for effective mail and filing management systems. In addition, they oversee accommodation bookings and the conference facilities, liaising with internal and external speakers to coordinate meetings.
