In this fulfilling role, you'll support students with additional needs, including social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, helping them feel secure, confident, and ready to learn. No two days are ever the same and that's what makes it so rewarding!

Job Details:
Location: King's Lynn, Norfolk
Role: Additional Needs Teaching Assistant
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 3:30pm
Pay: £13.80 - £15 per hour, dependant on experience (includes 12.07% holiday pay)
Contract Type: Temp-to-perm
What You'll Be Doing:
Support with heart - Build strong, positive relationships with students, providing consistency, reassurance, and encouragement
Promote independence - Help pupils grow in confidence and develop essential life skills for the future
Engage creatively - Assist with imaginative, tailored lessons that bring learning to life
Be part of the team - Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support every child's journey
Adapt and thrive - Embrace each new challenge with positivity, patience, and flexibility
Focus on the whole child - Support not just academics, but emotional and social development too
What We're Looking For:
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
A basic understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training can be provided)
Experience with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural needs is a real advantage
Reliable transport or easy access to King's Lynn
Full right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
