Responsibilities
Assist in the execution and completion of internal and external audits.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with audit requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement in processes and compliance measures.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing audit findings and recommendations to management.
Support the development and enhancement of practice management policies and procedures.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff to promote best practices in auditing and compliance.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure organizational practices remain compliant.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in audit, compliance, or a related area.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex regulations and guidelines.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with audit software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and presentations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
