Building Surveyor – Grade H

Description
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Building Surveyor – Grade H to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will guide clients through complex building processes, from initial concepts to final inspections. You will conduct thorough assessments of existing structures, preparing detailed reports on findings, and recommending necessary improvements or upgrades. Responsibilities
Conduct detailed building inspections to assess condition and compliance with regulations.
Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations for clients.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project adherence to specifications.
Evaluate project plans and documents for feasibility and compliance.
Advise on and manage project risks related to building safety and regulations.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Supervise and mentor junior surveyors and support staff in their professional development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Professional accreditation as a Building Surveyor is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in building surveying.
Strong understanding of building regulations and codes.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using surveying and CAD software tools.

Hours Per Week: 22.50
Start Time: 08:30
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £319.39
