What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced strategic leader who will:
• Keep pupil achievement and wellbeing as their core priority
• Take overall responsibility for high standards in Financial planning/management, Human Resources, Procurement, Facilities Management, IT and Health and Safety
• Be both strategic and hands on with substantial proven success in business management
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Embrace the values of our Church of England school
• Have full working knowledge of relevant polices/codes of practice/legislation
• Have the ability to interpret advice/statute and to devise policy/practice in the light of these
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team effectively
• Relate well to children and adults
• Have the ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities
