Who are you?

We're looking for dedicated individuals passionate about supporting students. Your dedication to student well-being is key.

  • Registered with BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA
  • Experience supporting students with mental health needs
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.

What will you be doing?

As a Mental Health Specialist Mentor, your days will be filled with making a difference.

  • Provide individualized academic and well-being support
  • Assist with time management and stress reduction techniques
  • Build student confidence and maintain accurate student records

You'll conduct both in-person and online sessions, collaborating closely with the Randstad team.
