Are you passionate about engineering and dedicated to inspiring the next generation? We are looking for a committed and dynamic Engineering Lecturer to join our outstanding team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional education.
In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing students across our Level 1, 2, and 3 Engineering Study Programmes. You will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality learning experiences to both full-time and part-time learners. A strong emphasis will be placed on student achievement, with clear expectations for high standards in teaching, learning, retention, and attainment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, students, and external stakeholders. You should be confident working independently and capable of leading a team with minimal supervision. Excellent organisational skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education are essential. Experience in resource development and an awareness of current developments within the engineering curriculum will be highly valued.
