Are you an experienced Sous Chef ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re recruiting passionate and skilled Sous Chefs to join leading hotel kitchens in Central London.
Position Overview:
Role: Sous Chef
Location: Central London
Pay: from £16.06 per hour + holiday accrual paid weekly
Shifts: Various shifts available (flexible scheduling)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
• Help manage stock and control costs efficiently
• Support in menu planning and execution for events or à la carte service
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume or hotel kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team
• Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
