As a Sous Chef, you will receive:

  • Salary: £38,207 per annum plus Tronc

The ideal candidate for the Sous Chef role will:

  • Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
  • Experience leading teams in busy kitchens
  • Build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly
  • Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
  • Have previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
