Summary
Job Title: Sessional Agency Decision Maker
Location: Home Based – Remote
Contract Type: Sessional, as and when required
Salary: Up to £40 per hour

To be successful in this role you will need:
Extensive experience working as a social worker
A good understanding of fostering and the ability to work collaboratively with operational teams and Panels
A sound knowledge of fostering legislation across the UK
Firm understanding of regulations and National Minimum Standards and best practice to enable you to be an Agency Decision Maker
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Experience using databases such as CHARMS
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent and confident communication skills
About the Role
As ADM you will report to the Senior ADM Manager supporting the wider Quality and Compliance Team to ensure the highest quality service for our carers, young people and children, whilst putting a focus on the security and safety for all stakeholders.
Your duties will involve:
Agency Decision Making for specific Fostering Agencies
Undertaking Panel Chair appraisals, managing stage 3 complaint panels and collating and analysing safeguarding information
Work closely with the Fostering Audit leads ensuring all decisions are in the best interest of the children in our foster care
Make sure the principles of quality assurance contribute to the best outcomes for the children’s welfare.
