Youll work within theNHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) framework, delivering short-term counselling interventions that are person-centred and guided by thePerson-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD)model. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments and delivering therapy sessions Supporting clients through their mental health journeys using evidence-based practice Maintaining clear, timely clinical notes on our digital system Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and partner agencies Participating in regular supervision, training, and professional development
