Main Dealer Opportunity

Join a fast-paced, friendly dealership where you’ll be the go-to expert for parts and accessories, helping both the workshop and retail customers with the right gear, every time.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage front & back counter parts sales
- Source, order & control stock
- Advise customers & techs on genuine parts
- Keep things running smooth with the service team & suppliers
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ year’s experience in an automotive parts department
- CDK (Kerridge) experience? Great — but not essential
- Solid customer service & attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
What You Get:
- £30k basic + £1k attendance bonus
- Performance bonus — OTE £34-35k
- No weekends — proper work/life balance
