1. Industry Experience:
o Minimum 3 years in security sector business development (static guarding, mobile patrols, keyholding, alarm response).
o Proven track record in B2B sales for security services or related fields.
2. Sales Acumen:
o Demonstrated success in hitting/exceeding sales targets (provide examples).
o Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management.
3. Technical Knowledge:
o Familiarity with security operations (SIA ACS, ISO 9001 standards) and emerging tech (e.g., AI monitoring).
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Growth: Identify and secure contracts with public sector, commercial real estate, and critical infrastructure clients.
• Relationship Building: Collaborate with site managers, facilities directors, and security leads to expand Titan’s portfolio.
• Pipeline Development: Generate £500K+ in new business annually through targeted outreach and tender submissions.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and trends in UK security services (e.g., rising demand for tech-integrated solutions).
