About You:

• 3+ years of production or manufacturing management experience (timber frame or construction a plus!)
• A natural motivator who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Expert in health & safety, people management, and performance coaching
• Confident managing large teams and multiple production lines
• Ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved wherever needed
• Constantly looking for ways to improve quality, efficiency, and team morale

The Role:

• Launch and lead a brand-new afternoon production shift
• Manage over 100 operatives across automated and manual lines
• Drive quality, safety, and productivity across the floor
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and other shift leads
• Keep things running smoothly - from material supply to team performance
• Build a skilled, motivated team and a positive, can-do culture
• Spot and solve problems before they impact deadlines
• Champion continuous improvement and 'right first time' standards
