Location: West Ealing, London
Pay: £100 - £120 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, September Start
Long Term Futures is partnering with a primary school in West Ealing to find a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for supporting children with behavioural challenges and making a positive impact on their educational journey.
The Role:
- Support children with behavioural challenges in the classroom and during school activities.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and work with teachers to develop tailored plans.
- Provide one-on-one support or group interventions to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
- Team Teach trained or willing to complete the necessary training to support students effectively.
- Monitor and track students' progress, working with staff to ensure their emotional and behavioural needs are met.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, patient, and adaptable individual who is passionate about supporting students in their educational journey.
