Key responsibilities: Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant - Southwark
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and student engagement
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Monitor and track student progress under the guidance of the SENCO

Ideal candidates will have: Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant
- A 2:2 degree or above (any subject welcome)
- Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire to pursue a career in teaching or educational support
- Availability to work full-time for the full academic year
