We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Practitioner (LBS-008) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
Assist in the assessment and planning of patient care under the supervision of qualified practitioners.
Support the delivery of high-quality clinical care to patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Administer basic treatments and monitor patient responses as directed.
Provide compassionate support to patients and their families, promoting a caring environment.
Assist with routine clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant healthcare field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a support role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Basic IT skills with experience in using healthcare software systems.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.ge multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
