Your new roleAs a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team focused on driving growth through global licencing partnerships. This role sits within the lifestyle division, covering a wide range of product categories including food, beauty, and homeware.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic plans at both business and partner levels to align goals and maximise growth.
- Leading annual and quarterly budgeting processes, using data insights and partner feedback to shape financial strategies.
- Managing international partner relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Supporting product development strategy, including range planning, pricing structures, and retail engagement.
- Assisting the sales team with market research and pitch preparation.
- Collaborating with marketing to align campaign strategies with commercial objectives.
- Working closely with finance to analyse performance and support key initiatives.
- Overseeing a direct report to ensure brand standards and partner service levels are maintained.
- Coordinating with legal on contract negotiations and renewals.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 10 years' experience in partnership or relationship management roles.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and interpreting market data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
