Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented North Indian Chef to join our vibrant team at HBK Manchester. Bring your culinary skills and passion for traditional flavours to one of Manchester’s emerging Indian kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare traditional North Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, kebabs, naan, and biryanis
Manage kitchen operations and maintain food hygiene standards
Innovate and contribute to seasonal and festive menu updates
Monitor inventory and assist in procurement planning
Supervise junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a North Indian Chef
Expertise in North Indian spices, flavours, and preparation techniques
Strong team coordination and time management skills
NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
Eligibility for sponsorship if required
