Were looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and commercially minded Primary Care Business Development Lead to join the LMA West London GP Federation a progressive and trusted partner in delivering scalable, innovative healthcare across five long-established PCNs. This is your opportunity to: Work directly with the Federation Board, PCN leadership and GP practices to develop services that make a real impact. Lead on identifying income-generating opportunities from national contracts to local innovations. Build key partnerships across the NHS, local authorities, NIHR, and the NWL Training Hub. Support the development of research, education, and centralised services that improve care and efficiency. What you'll bring: A strong grasp of the NHS landscape, especially primary care and commissioning Experience in business development, project leadership, or commercial healthcare strategy Confidence working across multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders A proactive, partnership-driven mindset and a passion for improving local services Why LMA Federation?
