Summary

Job Summary Are you an experienced operational manager working in a hospital, primary care or community setting, ready for a new challenge where your leadership can shape the future of integrated, preventative care? We are looking for a values-driven, strategic leader to help us deliver high-quality, patient-centred services across our Federation of Primary Care Networks (PCNs). This is a unique opportunity to bring your skills into the heart of primary careworking closer to communities, improving access and outcomes, and influencing the way services are designed and delivered at a local level. In this role, you will lead the operational delivery of key services including Enhanced Access, Same Day Care, and community-based clinical services such as Grenfell Primary Care and Spirometry. Youll oversee performance across a diverse contract portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance, service excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with Clinical Leads, youll provide leadership to service managers and our ARRS (Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme) clinical workforcesupporting them to work to the top of their skill set and deliver high-quality care. Key to your success will be your ability to: Transition your operational expertise from hospital/community to the more agile, relationship-driven environment of primary care. Engage and inspire teams through compassionate, visible leadership. Drive collaborative working across practices, PCNs, and system partners. Contribute to our organisational development strategy and support staff development, talent management, and succession planning. Promote a culture of equity, inclusion, and shared purpose across all services. Youll also: Play a leading role in performance reporting and recovery planning. Work closely with the Primary Care Business Development Lead on contract opportunities and service innovation. Ensure our teams feel supported, heard, and aligned to our values and strategic direction.
