Summary
MadiganGill are currently recruiting for Experienced or Senior Quantity Surveyors in Bristol for ongoing work starting ASAP.
Our client is looking for Experienced Quantity Surveyors for a multi storey residential build made from an RC Frame. Ideal canddiates will be experienced with working on project for the whole life cycle.
Successful Applicants will be invited for an interview with the client and more than one vacancy is available.
Salary Bracket:- £60000 - £70000 Per Year
Expected duties will consist of the below:-
- Liaising with the client to identify their needs.
- Preparing tender and contract documents.
- Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards.
- Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour and helping site to stay within their budgets.
- Submitting regular budget reports.
