We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assets Complex Projects Support professional to join our Assets Complex Projects
Team. This is a 3-year contract.




This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that plays a crucial role in delivering the Group’s Environmental Strategy
and managing compliance for grant-funded projects. As Complex Projects Support, you’ll provide a highly professional
administrative service focused on grant funding claims, ensuring all monthly reporting requirements are completed accurately and
on time.




You’ll also support the submission of claims and reporting for a range of external funding streams that contribute to Torus’s net
zero ambitions—including Feed-in Tariff claims for solar PV installations. Additionally, you’ll assist with the ongoing monitoring
and updating of both internal and external systems to support project delivery and compliance.




The role is based in Warrington, with travel to other Torus locations as needed. Home working is available, subject to business
requirements.




What you will be doing:




* Responsible for providing a full range of support services to a multi-disciplinary technical dept, including, but not limited
to, data entry and processing, responding to customer enquiries, Monitoring of IoT technology and project administration.
* Ensure all work areas are successfully delivered within target and standard and that evidence and audit trails are maintained.
* Assist in administering all active grant funding agreements to ensure the reporting and other administrative requirements are
adhered to and that all teams involved in the funded projects and initiatives are fully informed of the requirements and
obligations arising from the grant funding agreements.
* Liaise with key stakeholders involved in grant-funded and decarbonisation projects to ensure they provide complete, timely, and
accurate information for inclusion in grant funding bids, reporting returns, and claim submissions.







What we're looking for:




* Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) grade 3 or above in at least Mathematics and English or able to demonstrate an equivalent
level of knowledge gained through extensive and relevant experience within an applicable work function.
* Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience or willingness to work towards
* Demonstratable experience of working in a business support function within a technical working environment.
* Evidence of and commitment to continual professional and personal development.







Interview Process:




* Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview.
