Summary
Sales Negotiator - Greenwich
A large residential developer who specialise in shared ownership & affordable housing have a brand new site selling new build properties in Greenwich
Mainstream Property or New Build Sales experience is essential in order to be successful in this role & candidates will also be presentable & able to deliver excellent customer service on all levels, please see below day to day duties:
- Conducting viewings around the show homes & selling off plan units
- Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
- General upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
- Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
- Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development & its USP's
- Chasing sales leads
- Responding to enquiries
