Summary
HM Notes - 3 Month Backlog of Enforcement - Someone who is relatively local to Rugby as the nature of the enforcement work is that you could be called out to sites across the Borough at relatively short notice.
To ensure the provision of an efficient and effective Planning Enforcement Service under the general direction of the Principal Planning Officer for Enforcement.
To take the appropriate action to remedy breaches of planning control, having regard to relevant legislation, and related guidance, best practice and the Council’s Planning Enforcement Policy
