Summary

Are you passionate about developing apprentices and shaping future talent?



We are looking for two enthusiastic and driven Training & Development Officer in our Engineering Centre, Brighouse. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the design, delivery, and assessment of high-quality apprenticeship programmes, both in the workplace and within college settings.



The successful candidate will ensure timely onboarding, effective employer collaboration, and accurate tracking through the Aptem system. They¼ uphold high standards in teaching and learning, ensure compliance with ESFA guidelines, and support recruitment, enrolment, and apprentice progression.



We are looking for an inspiring mentor with up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship delivery and a solid grasp of health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be digitally confident, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement, bringing innovative approaches to learning along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
