Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of clients, staff, and care schedules

Support care coordinators with rota planning and shift changes

Handle new staff onboarding documents, including DBS checks and references

Keep care plans, client files, and other documentation up to date

Assist in preparing reports, filing documents, and data entry tasks

Communicate with care staff and clients to help resolve any queries

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Order office supplies and manage administrative tasks as required.
