Summary
We offer excellent terms and conditions including annual leave allowance that starts at 28 days plus bank holidays and additional days for long service and comprehensive training.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our busy and friendly HR team in central Swansea (Walter Road).
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR and recruitment activities within our HR function. This includes handling sickness and absence management, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, and providing first-line Employee Relations advice and support for general HR queries.
Strong IT skills are essential for this role, along with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities. A formal advanced-level qualification, such as CIPD or equivalent, is required. A full UK driving licence is also required.
