Summary
Make a referral to another practitioner when it is in the best interests of somebody in your care Act without delay if you believe those in your care, you, a colleague or anybody else may be at risk Confirm that the outcome of any delegated task meets required standards Make sure that everybody for whom you are responsible is supervised and supported Deal with problems and complaints constructively and not allow a complaint to prejudice the care your provide to somebody Deliver care based on the best available evidence or best practice Please refer to the Job description/person specification for full details on the role.
